I love it when the simplest personal touches make big impacts.
I've had this Bettina fabric for YEARS, literally, that I've wanted to incorporate into our house in some way.
I just was never exactly sure what I wanted to do with it.
Finally, with an hour to kill a few days ago, a staple gun, a hammer, screwdriver, some fun background music and an inkling that our dining room chairs would benefit from a little makeover, we now have some added pops of color and texture that really brings the space together.
I love to mix and match colors, patterns and textures, and our mahogany dining room chair seat cushions are now reupholstered with this Bettina floral pattern, while our red chairs are currently receiving a little taupe and cream striped seat cushion linen treatment.
Yippee! I'll post a pic of the finished dining room reupholstering project soon.
Fun fun, and so easy to DIY!
